Special Banku Mix Flour is a convenient blend specially prepared for making smooth, delicious traditional Banku at home. Simply mix with water, cook and stir until you achieve your preferred consistency. Perfect served with pepper sauce, okra soup, grilled tilapia, stew or soup.

Ingredients: Maize, cassava.

Preparation: Mix approximately 1 cup of Banku mix with 1.5 cups of water in a cooking pot. Add salt to taste, place on the heat and stir continuously with a wooden ladle until cooked and smooth. Form into portions and serve with your favourite soup, stew or pepper sauce.
