1. Deliveries Within Tallinn

Standard Delivery Time: Orders placed for delivery within Tallinn can be delivered within 24 hours.

In case of any delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or high order volume, our Customer Support Team will contact you promptly to keep you informed.

Note:

• Same-Day Delivery – If your order is placed before 12:00 PM, you may request same-day delivery. While not guaranteed, we will do our best to fulfill it based on availability and order volume.

Delivery Charges (Tallinn):

• €3.50 for all orders up to €39.99.
• Free delivery for orders over €40 

Deliveries to Other Cities in Estonia with Parcel Marchine

We deliver to most major cities and towns in Estonia, including but not limited to:

• Tartu, Narva, Jõhvi, Rakvere, Haapsalu, Pärnu, Kärdla, Kuressaare, Viljandi, Põlva, Võru, and nearby areas.

Standard Delivery Time: Within 2-3 business days from the time the order is confirmed.

If delivery to your location is not possible on a specific day due to local courier schedules or public holidays, we will reschedule and inform you in advance. In case of any delays, our Customer Support Team will reach out to you.

Delivery Charges (Outside Tallinn):

• Depending on partner (Omniva, DPD etc) charges

General Delivery Terms

• Delivery Partner: Deliveries are made either by our in-house driver or through trusted logistics partners, depending on your location.
• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day of placement.
• Public Holidays: Deliveries may be delayed during national holidays or special circumstances; we will notify you in advance.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
